Profile

A PMO partner who builds, controls and fixes.

I work where delivery gets complicated: many stakeholders, changing priorities, tight budgets, audit requirements and decisions that need reliable follow-through.

My background is banking, financial services, financial information and IT. I connect the detail — budgets, forecasts, workforce plans, contracts and risks — to what the program is meant to achieve, and I present problems and solutions so that decision-makers can act.

Automotive financial services

PMO Specialist

Ran the PMO for two strategic initiatives, including a EUR 2–3M core system replacement. Prepared and co-moderated steering committees up to CEO level, wrote the full project brief and stood in for both program managers.

PMO Manager

Set up program and project governance from scratch in four months: charters, roles, standards and templates. Oversaw IT projects against budgets and deadlines.

Global Swiss bank

IT Project Officer, Program PMO

First PMO hire on a CHF 15M program that grew from 3 to 80 people. Owned program financials and the workforce plan, co-coordinated contract deals up to USD 4M, led programs up to CHF 500k and cut workload by about 40% with a redesigned resource process.
